Aloe is a succulent flowering plant well know for it’s medicinal properties.  The first recorded use of Aloe for medicinal purposes was in 1500 BC by the Ancient Egyptians.  It’s medicinal properties are no joke and it is still widely used today over 3 millenia later!!!  Aloe is probably best known for it’s application as an ointment for the treatment of wounds.  What you might not have known is that drinking aloe vera juice is at least as effective if not more than when used as a topical!
