Herb Mincer

Most recently I’ve been trying my best to incorporate herbs in my diet.  It’s not the easiest thing to prepare fresh herbs so I found this slick little utensil from Oxo to help.  It minces herbs with ease so you can garnish your dishes with them.  I absolutely LOVE this little utensil.  It’s easy to clean, rugged, and works like a champ.  Here a link where you can get one of the mincers:
