No Exercise

Hey everybody,

I wanted to show you the results of my latest experiment.  Most of you already know I’m a workout fiend.  The longest I’ve went without exercise in the past 20 years has probably been all of about 2 weeks.  I’ve trained with broken bones, stitches, surgeries, you name it, it’s never kept me from remaining physically active.

This has led most of my friends to think that all this exercise is the reason why I am so fit.  There’s no doubt it has a positive impact on my health.  However, what many of your don’t know is I’ve also followed a strict diet for the past 17 years. And it’s my feeling that nutrition has played an even larger roll in my health than exercise.

I decided to stop working out to support my thinking that diet plays such a major role in maintaining a healthy physic.  All I did for 4 months was follow my diet (outlined on this website) and  sit on my duff.  What you see in the above picture is the result of my dieting without working out.
