You can Laugh at Sore Feet with these Simple Foot Exercises

This is another fantastic foot exercise my friend Tanya showed me.  She’s a licensed massage therapist and instructor in Tucson, Arizona with the know how to get instant foot pain relief using something as simple as a Tennis ball!  It was so good in fact I passed it along to my mom to add to her growing list of planter fasciitis exercises.

Discovered – Instant Foot Pain Relief Using a Tennis Ball!

Now my friend.  I know you’re feet are sore, I saw you rip off the high heals the second you knew nobody was watching.  So let’s cut to the chase and do this simple exercise I’ve been touting about.  All I need is for you to grab a tennis ball.  OK now that you’ve found the tennis ball here’s what I need you to do:

  1. Stand next to a wall just in case…
  2. Place the tennis ball under your foot, right in front of your heel.
  3. Take a deep breath in.
  4. Stand down on the ball while slowly breathing out.
  5. Hold your weight on the ball for a good 30 seconds (oh yes and maintain relaxed breathing).
  6. Move ball to arch of foot and repeat steps 1 through 5.
  7. Move ball to ball of foot and repeat steps 1 through 5.

Who-la, now tell me that didn’t feel like complete ecstasy!  And best thing is it only took a few seconds.  Don’t forget to repeat for your second foot lol 🙂

  1. Yeah, sounds excellent! Glad we could help. Rolling a golf ball around under your foot works well too. Actually, we’re working on releasing and entire foot care training program. Hope to have it out in the next couple months 🙂
